The Buildings Committee is charged with the care and upkeep of the towns facilities. Custodial services are provided for the town hall, town offices and the library. We have no maintenance staff and we rely upon those that use the facilities to report issues. The public safety complex, police station and highway garage are maintained separately by those that use the buildings. The primary role of the committee is to address emergency repairs when something is broken or needs service. We also identify capital improvements for deferred maintenance of building exteriors, interiors and mechanical and electrical systems.
