The Town of Plainfield does not currently have a Planning Department. Property maps are maintained by the Board of Assessors through a contract with AxisGIS. The Planning Board oversees Site Plan Review and is the Special Permit Granting Authority.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts also provides some mapping tools through MassGIS.
