Vocational Education Advisory Committee (VEAC) - One member from Plainfield needed as of 11-6-2025.
This is a committee that manages transportation needs and cost of Vocational High School Students in the towns of Plainfield, Ashfield, Hawley and Charelemont. It is a committee that allows these towns to arrange routes for and determine the expenses of the transportation needed for students attending Smith Vocational High School or Franklin County Technical School. The committee meets 4-5 times a year for about an hour and a half. Please inform the Plainfield Select Board if you are interested in participating.
